Privacy policies, treatment and protection of personal data


In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, and its Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, by which general provisions are issued for the protection of Personal Data, as well as those regulations that regulate or modify it, this document includes the guidelines which, within the framework of the information policy that it has hosted, govern in particular the activities of processing personal data contained in its files or databases. Consequently,MULTIFOX 2000 SAS has implemented the following privacy, treatment and data protection policies:

  2. PURPOSE OF THE DATABASE. The main purpose of the database is to inform you about the services we provide, for operational, administrative, commercial, and advertising purposes in front of their owners.

  3. PERSONAL INFORMATION. The information processed byMULTIFOX 2000 SAS, hereinafter in this "Personal Data" document, is that provided by the Holders, when they access their goods and/or services, or on occasion thereof, such as: name, surname, telephone number, physical and electronic address, city and other necessary data that are requested in the registration process, which in no case will be of a sensitive nature in the terms of the law.
    MULTIFOX 2000 SAS will not collect data considered as Sensitive Data according to the provisions of the Law of 1581 of 2012, such as, for example, data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical convictions, belonging to unions, social organizations, related data with health, sex life or biometric data.


  4. AUTHORIZATION FOR COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION. By express verbal or written authorization, the Holder authorizes unequivocally to MULTIFOX 2000 SAS to collect personal data and any other information you provide, as well as to process your personal data, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Law.



6. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA. The Owner expressly authorizes MULTIFOX 2000 SAS so that it stores it in the way it deems most appropriate and complies with the security required for data protection.

7. SECURITY MEASURES. MULTIFOX 2000 SAS is committed to the correct use and treatment of personal data, avoiding unauthorized access by third parties that allows knowing or violating, modifying, disclosing, and/or destroying the information that rests in its databases. For this reason, MULTIFOX 2000 SAS It has security protocols and access to its information, storage, and processing systems, including physical security risk control measures.

8. RIGHTS OF HOLDERS. MULTIFOX 2000 SAS informs the holders that in accordance with current legislation, they have the right to know, update, rectify their information, and/or revoke the authorization for their treatment. In particular, they are the rights of the Holders as established in Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012:

  2. Request proof of authorization granted,

  3. Be informed, upon request, regarding the use that has been given to your personal data,

  4. Submit complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of the Law,

  5. Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data,

  6. Free access to your personal data that have been processed.

b.Procedure to exercise your rights.In the event that you wish to exercise your rights, the Owner must send an email or physical mail to the contact addresses established in this Privacy Policy.

c.Petitions and Consultations on Personal Data. When the owner of the data or his successors wish to consult the information that rests in the database, MULTIFOX 2000 SAS will respond to the request within a maximum period of ten (10) days. In compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, when it is not possible to attend to the query within said term, the user will be informed, the reasons for the delay will be expressed and the date on which the query will be addressed will be indicated. which may not exceed five (5) business days following the expiration of the first term.

d.Revocation of authorization, withdrawal or deletion of the Database and claims on Personal Data. When the Owner of the data or his assigns consider that the information contained in the databases should be corrected, updated, or deleted, or when they notice the alleged breach of any of the policies contained herein , may file a claim with Multifox 2000 SAS, which will be processed under the following rules:

1. The claim will be formulated by means of a request addressed to MULTIFOX 2000 SAS with identification of the Holders, the description of the facts that give rise to the claim, the address, and the documents that they want to assert will be attached. If the claim is incomplete, Multifox 2000 SAS may request the interested party within five (5) days following receipt of the claim to correct the failures. After two (2) months from the date of the request, without the applicant submitting the required information, it will be understood that the claim has been withdrawn.MULTIFOX 2000 SAS is not competent to resolve the claim, it will notify the appropriate person within a maximum term of two (2) business days and inform the Owner of the situation, which will reveal any claim or responsibility for the use, rectification or deletion of the data.

2. Once the complete claim is received, a legend that says "claim in process" and the reason for it will be included in the database, within a term of no more than two (2) business days. Said legend must be maintained until the claim is dealt with.

3. The maximum term to address the claim will be fifteen (15) business days from the day following the date of receipt. When it is not possible to address the claim within said term, the Holder will be informed of the reasons for the delay and the date on which his claim will be addressed, which in no case may exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the first term.

10.CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY. Any substantial change in the Treatment policies will be communicated to the owners in a timely manner through publication on our web portals.
